Immaculate watch for me
This superintend does everything I need on a regular basis. I use the light and magnifying glass nearly daily. Great for bedside, a quick carlight, or as a short-term flashlight. I use the magnifying tumbler both for reading fine print and as a field magnifier for identification and observation I find the timer very relaxed and intuitive to set and reset. I have had the watch long enough, so that I have replaced the batteries twice. I bought the batteries very inexpensively from Amazon.com and installed them myself. There are 3 batteries in the wrist-watch. They are in a stack of 3 and 2 face the same way. It is those 2 that I replace for the flashlight. The other battery lasts longer. It may not be for everyone, but for my needs there is no larger watch out there.

wishes significant design improvement
Pros - okay LED supportable for emergency use (won't replace a headlamp or a flashlight); the magnifying glass does work well enough to be productive; large numbers for easy readingCons - way too big and TALL (it's bigger than what the manufacturer's dimensions offer); strap could be improved for easier put on/off; alarm is very quite, not nearly loud enough to wake you up - in truth, I've missed it twice while awake in not-too-noisy rooms (my hearings are fine); I worry about the mobile life because the background light button gets activated accidentally all the timeConclusion - not recommended at all, unless you have a very bad eye fright and need the magnifying glass and the huge numbers on the face; it's not a sport watch by anyone's demarcation!

Hated it--both tries!
I extremely gave this watch a second chance, because the features concept seems so practical. The first purchase had the emotionally upset that the magnifying glass broke. I contacted the manufacturer in Signal Hill, CA, and they sent me a replacement; but the replacement inspect had the problem that that magnifying glass would not release at its button lock! Then there was the problem with the band, which featured a raised "champion" thing that only made it difficult to strap on and off. Additionally, the Time won't set anymore, as its setting mode won't rejoin anymore. I agree with another previous reviewer that the Alarm is too quite to be functional, as well. In summary, I would NOT stand up for this watch, which is disappointing in its functional capability; not as expected by the overall concept of its features of nice intentions! I wasted my $50.
