Independent, stylish, and functional
I quite like this watch and wear it every day I'm dressed casually. It feels bullet-proof and has survived numerous knocks and bumps with no cost to show besides scuffs in the finish. As other reviewers have stated, the black finish started to come off the seize (and the bezel to a lesser extent) almost immediately. Not really a big deal as it appears like the superintend is weathering like a good pair of blue-jeans. This is something you should be aware of, however. The only other thing of note is the strap is very hunger. I'm an averaged-sized guy with normal sized wrists and use the third from last notch on the strap. This leaves entirely a bit of material to tuck under the clasp band, but it doesn't really bother me. Bertucci does provide shorter replacement straps, and as there are no pins on these watches, they're a snap to install.

Very na, but very well built and very good looking watch. I'd wish they had th option of a metalic bracelet!

Bertucci A-2T Collector
I received this guard just a few days ago. I have been wearing it ever since. The watch is light weight, very simple (something I wanted in a alert for), and the styling is great. The hour, minute, and second hand, along with the markers situated in the particular number positions all glow in the dark. Sometimes, depending on the exposure to light, the number markers can be subdued, however, the hands of the watch glow brighter. The watch size is perfect for me (40mm kisser). I do not care for watches that feel like I'm wearing a tire on my wrist. This watch can be dog-tired casually, at the workplace, or in the outdoors. My only complaint about this watch is when I received it I noticed that right above the 0500 or 1700 hour level there is a minor imperfection in the face. I haven't looked up the return policy yet because I am doing some enquiry of my own about the structural integrity of the watch face. Only I know the imperfection is there so it isn't that big of a deal...

Hooked on Bertucci
About a year ago my OCD started working itself out on watches. I insult up buying a few of the current trend BIG watches. They looked cool but as day-to-day watches became tiresome because they were just too heavy and wouldn't head-stay in place. Then I discovered Bertucci. Finely crafted traditionally smaller and lightweight watches with just enough filigree to descry them stand out. I have a larger link bracelet Bertucci (still very light and comfortable) for dress-up and this smaller nylon merge version for casual dress. Sharp and affordable. Love 'em!

$90.00 for a wristwatch!? In a set-back!? Oy vay.
I've never paid more than $40 for a mind in my life, but after years of Swatches and Timexes, I finally decided to buy a quality watch. My last make eyes at look for, a black-dial Timex Aquos which I loved, stopped working this June after 7 years of immovable wear; turned out oils and sweat from my wrist had worked their way past the pot metal back and rusted it and the moving parts inside. I had never heard of the Bertucci brand before, but the A-2S got a great writeup in Wired Magazine, so I decided to give it a try. After a month-and-a-half of wearing it, I can well say I'm in love. The stainless steel bezel is chunky and substantial, yet doesn't feel prosaic on my wrist. The numbers on the dial are large and legible, and the thick hands glow in the dark. I purposely got this one because it doesn't have a season feature. If you must have one, it's available on other Bertucci models.The stem is positioned 45 degrees to the lower right-wing, so it doesn't dig into your wrist. Great design feature...
