    Cyclopean Watch!
I recently bought this sentry because my old watch was pretty much gone. I was initially drawn to the classy design that is complex yet not packed, a look that I really like personally. Watch fits perfectly after I removed a few links, which was rather hard. I have a fairly large wrist and had to adjust the clasp to its smallest setting and remove two links, so be advance. I was using a tack and an ink pen to remove the link pins so that's probably why it was difficult. Which dial was which did befuddle me a bit but I absolutely figured out that the larger second hand was actually the one for the stopwatch, not the smaller top dial. Whole great watch and I really like how it fits my wrist. The case is big enough to not feel unimportant yet thin enough to not feel bulky. Solid feeling stainless construction is a plus. The sliding bezel is very polite and smooth, doesn't click like most watches... That could be a positive or negative, depends on one's tastes, by oneself it didn't really...
    Important watch
It keeps but like its an atomic clock. I work in transportation, and like to keep my watches within 5 sec of the true time that I get from my minuscule watch. I didnt have to touch my casio, I think, for half a year. Not to bad..
    Reprove good looking watch
Looks mastery than what you see in the picture. I like the feeling that it is quite heavy. The pressing the stop watch knob felt cheap. Not easy to see the time at night.

Cardinal watch, but the WR30M could be an issue for some ...
Seiko offers two like versions of a mechanical "military" watch: The SNK809 (which is black, but there are other colors). This has a 21 pearl movement (generally the 7S26B, but the earlier models have the 7S26). It has a 36mm case (excluding the crown) and18mm extreme band. The other model is the lager SNZG15 (which is black, but there are other colors). This has a 23 prize movement (generally the 7S36B, but earlier models have the 7S36). It has a 40mm case (excluding crown) and an 22mm group. Both of these watches are gray market. You won't see them for sale in US stores. I've owned my SNK809 for several months and young lady it. Its very accurate for the price. Mine gains about 5 sec/day. You'll have to spend a lot of money to do better than that in the mechanical watch elated. Two of my friends own the SNZG15, and they seem to gain about 10 sec/day. Note: The fact the SNZG15 has 23 jewels doesn't disgraceful its more accurate...
    Modest Entry Level Automatic
This is a strict little entry level automatic watch. Upon opening the box it came in the first thing I noticed was the dimensions of the watch itself and the band. The watch itself is somewhat small but not too bad. its slightly larger than a quarter. The line however is much smaller than I expected. I have tiny wrists so It doesn't bother me too much but someone with a larger wrist may find it odd looking; it's in fact just preference and shouldn't make or break the deal as the band can easily be swapped out. The circumspect has a nice heavy weight to it and doesn't feel cheap like some other larger automatics I have. One far-out thing I noticed right away when I picked up my watch was that the weight that spins the mainspring slides against the home of the watch as I move it. So I can feel the weight as it moves around. This doesn't bother me but I hope its normal and doesn't miserable I got a faulty watch. Everything is working fine at the moment (I've only been wearing it for a day) and I see no...
    Honest value and features
I've had this ogle for a few years. As others have noted, it runs a little fast -- seems like a few minutes every week or so. Quite not bad at this price point, but it kind of defeats my purpose in getting an automatic watch, which was to not have to fret about the watch -- no winding, no battery, it just works. Instead, I have to constantly chasten it. The other negative for me is the feeling of vibration when it gets moved around -- maybe it is some kind of internal discontinuation to provide shock resistance, but it feels and sounds a little cheap. It's a kind of buzzy clack, extraordinarily when the watch is moved perpendicular to the face. On the plus side, it looks nice, I enjoy having the day and fixture, the glass back is cool, and it way exceeded its advertised water resistance for me: I forgot to take it off when I went headlong to 45 feet, and it has worked perfectly with no fogging or other signs of trouble since then. As far as I know it is unrated at...

    A Novel Mechanical Jewel
I bought this keep a weather eye open for for myself for Christmas 3 years ago and still love it. At the time I really wanted a Breitling Navitimer Fighter but they were selling for around $3,000, and I knew I wouldn't be conscious of comfortable walking around with thousands of bucks on my wrist. I happened on this watch on Amazon and was directly taken with it. Let me say, that the photo does not do this watch justice. When I received the Seiko I was surprised that it had much more joy than this photo imparts. And what really impressed me was that the face has great depth to it. The photo on Amazon shows a completely black surface with a mishmash of white lettering all over it, but in reality it looks much more like a mini metal Roman Colliseum with raised sides and a recessed forefront plain under thick glass. The face is about 3/8" thick. Very substantial and classy looking. Also, there is more contrast between the shimmery center of the wrist band next to the flat silver sides than this...
    decline rules rule!
I bought this inspect for the slide rules function on the bezel. It is very handy for me in my profession to be able to do multiplication, section, ratios and conversions on the watch. The only problem is that the numbers are a little small Over all very well built and fixed watch.
Most beneficent Watch I've Ever Owned
I amass watches but am very picky because I am relatively short and have a small wrist. Most of my watches are custom fit for my wrist. I was reluctant to buy this chaperon because chronographs are notoriously bulky and adjusting them can be a pain. However, as soon as I received this watch I knew it was the win out over purchase I'd ever made for a timepiece. Everything from the casing to the way the watch was packaged was perfect. The craftsmanship is unmatched, the watchman on the alert for has more tools on it than you'll ever need, and best of all the diameter was only slightly bigger than some of my other watches (also only slightly taller because of the slip rule). Overall, this is a great deal especially for the price. Similar chronographs rate as much as $3,000.00 USD. The alarm function is a bit tedious to set up, but I never use a watch as an alarm because I need something more powerful. Secondary watch alarms simply aren't practical. Aesthetically, it is one of the...

Eco-At home Watch That Calculates Fuel Consumption, Speed, Arrival time etc...,
Compassionate watch, I've been wearing mine for 4 months. I'm an Environmental Engineering Student and I also currently own an Omega Speedmaster ($2100 graduation hand-out long ago) and a Titanium Pro-Trek Casio Triple Sensor Watch (Compass, Altimeter & Temperature $295.00) that I acquainted with for my previous job as an outdoors wilderness instructor. Both those watches are extreme (the Casio being too rugged, big and unwieldy the Omega being very freaking expensive) for everyday use and wanted something that suited my keen personality, meagre budget and modern taste. I never liked anything in terms of jewelry or watches from department stores or malls, but when I walked into MACY's during Christmas shopping last december at the local mall I saw these Eco-Tour watches for the first time. It has always been my opinion that Citizen makes very old fashioned timepieces, yet the Nighthawk Eco-Propel is very different and far more classy than any other...
Momentous watch but needs a stopwatch for aviators
Consequential watch: looks great--I get a lot of comments doesn't need a battery fantastic layout--a lot of info at a coup d'oeil: date, local & zulu times luminous hands slide rule untroubled to use and numbers won't rub out (like on external bezel ring slide rules) However, for serious aviators: no stopwatch! You will pine for a stopwatch to go with the slide rule for basic dead reckoning you'll need another light start to read the slide rule if you're flying at night also, the crown has an occasional tendency to employment itself loose and you can lose your time hack if you don't tighten it every couple days The closest I've seen to the fleeting "perfect aviator's watch"
Resident - who'd have thought it?
This is the first City-dweller brand watch I've ever bought, and so far, it's as good or better quality than more expensive TAGs I've owned. About the only factor missing (aside from a stopwatch, as noted earlier - but that's debatable if you're not a serious aviator) is a sapphire crystal, which would undoubtedly prevent scratches a little better than the standard mineral crystal. For this price, though, I'm not dissatisfied. I like the layout, the overall appearance and something else nobody mentioned - the band clasp is a very savvy design. Not only does it have something similar to the Rolex "Flip-Lock" clasp, but the main grasp has what can best be described as a squeeze lock, which must be pressed together from the sides of the band to release it from the wrist. This possession isn't coming off accidentally. I got the stainless version, but there is a titanium one available as well as an all-black story. The all black version looked kinda cheap and the titanium...

Sharp Looking Indifferent Watch with a Real Moon Phase
It's very grim to find a real moon-phase watch that is also casual in style, reasonably priced, and to some degree slim. I've been looking for one for years. In many watches the moon dial is a fake, in that it only reflects AM/PM. The Stuhrling is the valid thing. And while most real moon phase watches cost thousands of dollars, weigh too much, and are awkward on your wrist, the Stuhrling Aviator is sharp looking and comfortable to wear. I don't want to take mine off.
Well built, smart watch. Great deal.
When the contemplate arrived I was very impressed by the packing and presentation. The instructions helped me figured out how the clasp worked and I set the be that as it may, date and moon phase. Everything about this watch is great. It's very sleek and stylish, and the time and woman are easy to read. I love the clasp, once you set the size around your wrist taking on and off the watch takes about 5 seconds. This is my first Stuhrling sentinel but it won't be my last.
    Together Beautiful Watch
Only just got this yesterday and I have to say it looks even better live than it did online. The sun-ray dial face reflects upon in different ways depending on the angle and light and overall it's just gorgeous. The moon condition is very cool and one of the main reasons I chose this model. The oval shape is also unique and I attraction the slightly raised numerals that give this watch depth and dimension. It DID take a while to set, as other reviewers have indicated. Innuendo for Stuhrling - why not ship this watch already set to the full moon on the phase complication. That way all the consumer would need to do is to set the friend of the last full moon and then advance to the current date. It did take me about 20 minutes to set this watch. That's a LOT of crown spinning! My only event is that the numbers on the date complication are so small that they are very difficult to read, even with brand new glasses. Smaller detail - Honestly, I usually know the date anyway - I...
