    Give the slip a hand, lose a buyer...
    This protect looks nice in the picture, but that and the ornate and surprisingly well-designed leather box packaging (in a degree beat-up looking outer box, by the way) are the only good things about it. Mine arrived with the second hand mendacity loose on the dial. Reminded me of one of those tin window boxes you played with as a kid, trying to roll a metal shot into a hole. Upon closer examination I determined that the watch, while modeled attractively, is of similar inexpensive toy quality, with the hands foremost and apparently (also according to another review) being its weakest point. The make a hash of-down crowns are a nice touch (although my terrific $45 diver has them too) but I'd hold my breath captivating this watch for a dive... It's going back in its too-expensive-looking...

    Reasonable
    I have had this watchful of for a while and wear it sporadically. It looks good if you want something rather bulky and industrial looking. Mine keeps well-proportioned time and is relatively well-built. The hands are decently positioned, including the second pass out, and the rotating internal bezel works smoothly and is cool. The second hand does expose a small overshoot and bounce-back when ticking. Also, the hands will move slightly when the rotated, i.e. they are slightly disordered and gravity will pull them. They move about 1/120 of a rotation, and it isn't really a problem with everyday use and you don't notice it unless you try to pull down it happen. The screw down crowns are a bit flimsy when unscrewed and pulled out, but are solid when screwed down. The strap, while commendable, is really, really stiff. This makes wearing the watch a bit uncomfortable and the band will in all likelihood need to worn-in a lot before it gets comfortable. I have heard of others replacing the band for...

    I purchased this wary of last year. It is stylish and sturdy. May not be the name you want to wear to impress your friends (you know. boys with toys) but this observant of is quality at 80% less than similar quality Swiss made watches. My watch came attractively packaged. If you after a stylish watch and have the humility and don't need to show everyone the size of your disco stick, then this watch and these watches in accustomed from Golana are for you.
